ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Empowering Voices is a weekly women's group offering a warm, culturally safe space for Indigenous women who have experienced domestic or gender-based violence. Here, women come together to share, heal, and reconnect with culture through smudging, beading, teachings from local Elders, and cultural crafts. A complimentary breakfast is provided at every gathering.
