At LFVAS, we believe that safe and stable housing is the foundation for a healthy life. Our Reaching Home Housing Program offers compassionate, one-to-one support to help individuals find and maintain housing, while connecting them to the resources and services they need to thrive.
Housing Services
Our Housing team provides personalized assistance to help clients find and maintain stable housing. From housing retention support and application assistance to referrals and basic needs, we walk alongside our clients every step of the way.
Housing Outreach
Our Housing Outreach team meets people where they're at — literally. Using a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach, we advocate for our clients, connect them to services, and provide basic need items. Our goal is always to offer a hand up, not a handout.
Harm Reduction Outreach
We offer culturally sensitive Harm Reduction outreach designed to meet our community members where they are without judgment. Our services include harm reduction kits, referrals, and our weekly Wellbriety group — all rooted in a commitment to reducing the harms of substance use and creating a safe, supportive space for healing.
