HOUSING
PROGRAM
For Aboriginal Families and individuals who self-identify as
Indigenous, Metis or Inuit in Langley and nearby communities.
REACHING HOME
HOUSING PROGRAM
Our Housing Program provides housing-related support and outreach services for self identifying Indigenous individuals, and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

ONE TO ONE
HOUSING SERVICES
Our Housing provide one-to-one assistance to help clients find and maintain stable housing. We provide housing retention assistance, assistance with applications, and referrals to services that can meet the individual needs of our clients. We also provide basic need supports to assist clients in stabilizing their housing situation.

HOUSING OUTREACH
Our Housing Outreach team is dedicated to meeting people where they’re at, using a culturally sensitive and trauma informed approach. We advocate, provide referrals, and basic need items to meet clients needs. Our goal is to provide a hand up rather than a hand out to those in need.

HARM REDUCTION OUTREACH
We offer Harm Reduction outreach that is culturally sensitive to the needs of our community. Our outreach services include harm reduction kits, referrals to services, and our Wellbriety weekly group. We are committed to reducing the harms associated with substance use and creating a safe, supportive environment for our clients.
WELLBRIETY
SHARING CIRCLE
The medicine wheel and 12 step programs are designed for participants to share their insights and experiences in a talking circle. They also learn to map their own innate knowledge around these teachings and then apply that knowledge to their daily lives and decision-making processes. Strong social bonds are created in this process and helps individuals develop trust, autonomy, and other healthy feelings, and thought patterns that will help them grow emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
