EMPOWERING VOICES
WOMENS GROUP
A culturally safe space for indigenous women who have been victims of domestic and or gender based violence to share experiences and connect to culture. Activities include: Smudging, beading, teachings by local elders, and cultural crafts.
Breakfast provided.
CHAIN THERAPY
BEAD GROUP
Join Elder Jean Dan as she shares the traditional art of beadwork with beginner and intermediate bead workers. Beading projects include: earrings, suncatcher, bracelets, necklaces and more! This beading workshop is open to everyone.
